Due to the increase in last-minute cancellations and late arrivals, Age Revival Med Spa has implemented a cancellation policy that all appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance otherwise there will be a $50 cancellation fee that will apply.
Late/ No Show policy
Any Botox appointment that is 5 minutes late (only a 15 minute appointment) or 15 minutes late for any other appointment will be subject to rescheduling by provider preference and a $50 Late/ No show fee will apply.
